I Mei was established in the Taiping District of Taipei in 1934. Over the following 70 years I Mei expanded from one small cake shop to a chain of stores in all the major cities of Taiwan. During the 1930s I Mei introduced a series of famous products including pineapple cakes, green bean cakes, 'red turtle' moon cakes and Han cakes. Since then I Mei has continued to update its marketing strategies and successfully promoted its Red Bean   Milk Ice Bar, Black-hyun series, Taiwan's Three Milks and other products that are highly popular throughout Taiwan, making it a leading brand in Taiwan's food industry.

Acting as a gatekeeper for consumer health, I Mei is highly concerned about everything from basic ingredients to package material testing, product manufacturing process control, and shipping of finished products. Taoyuan Sake Brewery

Taoyuan Sake Brewery is the largest brewery in northern Taiwan, as well as the most productive one. Taoyuan brewery is the first modernized and also the only brewery that produces Japanese Sake. The brewery introduces the history of wine making. You can also see the most representative product of Taoyuan Brewery, "Taiwan Sake". The whole process is represented in a small-scale model, from the selection of rice, soaking, fermentation of the wine yeast, etc. Smelling the aroma of distillers' grains makes people anticipate the taste of the end product. Sake-tasting is also available on site. The warm taste in the mouth will make it unforgettable.


Hwa Ya Power Corp. – Cogeneration Plant

Hwa Ya Power Corp.

Hwa Ya Power Corp founded in 2002 to provide stable power and produce the steam for high technology factories. In order to provide the good air quality in Taoyuan, the factory adopts clean coal combustion technology which including Low-NOx Combustor, SNCR, Dry Electrostatic Precipitator, Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization System, fully hermetic round coal storage yard and underground coal handling system. Moreover, to avoid the dust pollution around the plant, it uses fully hermetic ash handling system.
